Best Western International Recognizes 11 Properties in Turkey with International Quality Award
The World’s Largest Hotel Chain® announces that 11 of its Turkish properties have been awarded the International Quality Award, having achieved the required high level of excellence in quality and brand standards.The World’s Largest Hotel Chain® announces that 11 of its Turkish properties have been awarded the International Quality Award, having achieved the required high level of excellence in quality and brand standards. Nine of the properties are located in Istanbul, which was selected by the European Union as a European Capital of Culture for 2010. The Best Western award was developed to provide recognition to properties that excel during their quality assurance assessments. Properties in Turkey receiving the award include the following:
“The fact that three-quarters of our properties in Turkey have qualified for this award is tremendous,” said Suzi MacDonald Yoder, Vice President, International Operations, Best Western International. “It’s a testament to the incredible experience that awaits guests in this beautiful part of the world, where their business is valued and earned by Best Western owner-operators.” Award criteria allow for approximately 5% of international properties to achieve the award.
